Fruit and banana crunch munch – chop dried mango, dried figs, dries pineapple and dried banana chips and combine |

Crunchy pappadums - microwave some mini pappadums raised in a plate, they are a good replacement for crisps |

Rice Krispies mix - Combine a variety of dried cranberries, dedicated coconut, dries papaya and yogurt coated raisons with rice bubbles (krispies) |

Strawberries and white chocolate - Chop strawberries into tiny pieces and mix through some white chocolate chips |

Ants on a log - Cut celery into 15cm sticks and spread with cream cheese, and dot on raisons |

Pita crisps - Cut open a wholemeal (whole wheat) pita and brush with a little olive oil, sprinkle with garlic salt or parmesan cheese bake in oven at 180°C until browned |

Pikelet sandwich - Make mini pickelets (mini pancakes) and spread with butter and jam or chocolate spread |

Wheat-Bix sandwich – carefully cut a cereal wheat-bix lengthways and spread with your favourite toppings – cream cheese and jam or avocado and mayo are good |

Fruity yoghurt – Add pineapple, canned pears or peaches, even frozen strawberries to vanilla yoghurt |

Cheesy skewers – thread chunks of cheese and fruit such as grapes, and melon on bamboo skewers |

Meaty skewers – Thread cherry tomatoes and chunks of ham and cheese onto bamboo skewers |
