Frenchman Sebastien Reullier is so well known in the food and beverage industry in Singapore, that people smile when we mention his name. Of the 25yrs that Seb has been working in F&B, the last 17 have been in Asia, where he’s worked at the very best high end restaurants, cafes and hotels - and where his passion for food, wine and customer service has often turned businesses around, or built them entirely from scratch.
